EGGS BENEDICT...on a Bun!

Eggs Benedict is NOT AS DIFFICULT AS IT LOOKS! Transform your ordinary eggs benedict and put it in a bun!

Total Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 1-2 servings (per egg)


INGREDIENTS

Fresh Eggs

Vinegar

Seedless Burger Buns

Bacon

Salt

Pepper

Tabasco Hot Sauce

Cool Mediterranean or Artichoke Dip


SUPPLIES

1 Pot

Serving Spoon

Frying Pan

Spatula


WHIP IT UP!

1. Cook bacon on frying pan or skillet. Prep buns for a low toast.

2. Fill the pot halfway with water, adding a few shakes of vinegar, on low heat for a few. Warm up for 5 minutes.

3. After water has heated, crack egg in bowl.

4. In the pot, stir water in a vortex with a spoon on edges of the pot. While water is being stir, pour egg into the the pot while stirring.

5. Stir in pot for 2-3 minutes, keeping egg together in form.

6. When finished, take spoon and scoop egg out of pot.

7. Place egg on bottom half of bun. Shake some salt, pepper and a couple shots of Tabasco sauce on egg. Break bacon in half and place on top of egg. Top off with a cool artichoke or Mediterranean dip.

8. Place top half of bun of egg and bacon, and PRESS! The running yoke will come out.

9. Place other bacon on side and repeat to make another sandwich!
