Don't got crab? Make these savory JUMBO salmon cakes and they taste DELICIOUS!

Servings: 4-5 Patties
INGREDIENTS SUPPLIES
2 cans of 14.75 oz. of pink salmon Large skillet
1/3 cup of bread crumbs Cutting knife
1/3 cup of mayonnaise Cutting board
5 squirts of sriracha mayo Large stirring spoon
6 drops of spicy brown mustard Mixing bowl
1 stalk of celery, minced
Half of white onion, minced
1/4 cup of corn meal
1/4 cup flour
Dashes of ground black pepper
Dashes of garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Garnishes
Lemon
Tarter sauce (dipping sauce)
More sriracha mayo (dipping sauce)
Yum!
1. Combine your ingredients (except your garnishes) into your mixing bowl; make hand size patties.
2. Coat your skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Fry your salmon patties in until browned, 5 minutes per side. Repeat.
3. Squeeze some lemon juice on your delicious salmon patties. Put your tarter sacue and siriracha mayo for dipping.

** Make salmon patty sandwiches by toasting your favorite hamburger buns!**
