SIMPLE FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST

Just the basics.
Course: Main Course/ Brunch/Breakfast
Cuisine: NOT originally a French dish! Originally Roman
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2-3 toasts per person
INGREDIENTS
6 thick slices of bread
2 eggs
⅔ cup of milk
Canola or Vegetable Oil
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Flour
SUPPLIES
Small Mixing Bowl
Frying Pan/Skillet/Griddle
Serving Plate or Bowl
Yum!
1. Beat together salt, cinnamon, milk, and eggs in a small mixing bowl,
2. Warm up oiled skillet over medium heat.
3. Soak each slice of bread into mixing bowl of ingredients.
4. Place soaked toast in skillet, cooking on both sides until browned.
5. Take out and sprinkle flour on top of toast.
6. Serve with bacon, sausage, or scrambled eggs!
